I had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and spacious, great for families, with a fantastic view and two good-sized bedrooms. The soundproofing from outside could be improved. The service was helpful and kind overall, although a bit blunt except for the lovely cleaning lady. The location was good, with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience was good overall, catering well to our family tastes. The facilities were nice, although they could use some improvements.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although nice, lacked sound insulation, making it challenging to sleep due to street noises. Additionally, my request was not initially fulfilled until I reiterated it multiple times. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, offering easy access to shops, the beach, bars, and clubs.

The service is lacking in terms of English proficiency and noise levels, but it does provide standard amenities such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance.
